Day Job Skins

All 31 skins in the Day Job skinline. Browse splash art, chromas, and detailed reviews for every Day Job skin in League of Legends.

Day Job might be the most underrated skinline in League and I will die on that hill. Riot took their fantasy characters, stripped out the magic and the lore, and dropped them into nine-to-five careers, weekend hobbies, and college parties. The result is genuinely hilarious. Not every skin in this line hits the same, some are ancient 520 RP texture swaps from 2010 and others are full Legendary productions with custom VO that still holds up in 2025. Been playing since season 2 and this collection has grown from a handful of joke skins into a 31-skin roster that covers everything from firefighting to bowling. Honestly not gonna lie, half my ranked games feature at least one of these.

What Makes Day Job Skins Stand Out on the Rift

The whole gimmick is simple. Take a champion, remove their fantasy identity, give them a real-world occupation or hobby. Sounds basic. It works because Riot commits to the bit harder than you'd expect, especially on the Legendary tier entries.

There's no shared VFX palette here like you'd get with Dark Star or Coven. Each skin does its own thing because the "jobs" are all different. Corporate Mundo throws briefcases. Forecast Janna has a green screen and weather maps. Brolaf crushes beer cans. The visual thread isnt color or particle style, its the humor. Every Day Job skin leans into comedy, and that's what ties the line together even when you're comparing a 520 RP texture swap from 2010 to a full 1820 RP Legendary from 2014.

Not sure if it's just me but the splash arts across this line have a specific vibe. They look like sitcom promotional posters. Prom Queen Annie looks like a teen drama still. Angler Jax could be a fishing show thumbnail. (Random aside: I used Corporate Mundo's splash as my Discord avatar for like eight months and nobody questioned it.) The art direction commits to mundane settings, office buildings, kitchens, bowling alleys, and that contrast against champion designs that normally live in magical wastelands is what makes the whole thing pop.

Compare Day Job to something like Definitely Not, which also does humor. Definitely Not is one joke repeated: champion in a disguise. Day Job has range. You've got sports, food service, law, entertainment, custodial work. The thematic variety keeps it fresh across 31 skins where a lesser skinline would run out of ideas after ten.

Best Day Job Skins Worth Locking In

Five Legendaries in one skinline is wild when you think about it. Most skinlines are lucky to get two. Day Job has five and they're spread across 2010 to 2024, so you can actually see Riot's skin quality evolve through this one line.

Brolaf is the OG. Released back in 2010, this skin turned Olaf into a frat bro with a backwards cap and two beers. The VO is what carries it. "Bromacia" lives rent-free in my head. I remember spamming this in ranked around season 3 and the enemy team would tilt just from the voice lines alone. Bro literally says "you can't arrest me, my dad owns a dealership." For 1820 RP it was ambitious for its era and it still gets reactions in lobby. Pure comedy.

Firefighter Tristana is the other 2010 Legendary and honestly it aged worse than Brolaf. The fire truck recall and water cannon autos were cool for the time. Played maybe 40 games on it back in the day. The model looks rough by modern standards but Tristana mains still lock it in for the nostalgia factor. Fair enough.

Corporate Mundo though. Released 2012, this one hits different even now. Briefcase cleavers, a corporate office recall, and voice lines about synergy and quarterly reports. Been running this in my Diamond games whenever I get Mundo and the VO alone is worth 1820 RP. "Mundo file your taxes" is peak League humor. Could be wrong here but I think this is the single best comedy skin Riot ever made.

Forecast Janna from 2014 brought the production quality up another level. Full weather reporter aesthetic with a green screen, custom animations tied to her abilities, and VO that changes based on game state. She comments on ally deaths, dragon takes, all of it. Spammed this on my support alt last season and the amount of detail still surprises me. The Q tornado gets a weather warning graphic. Incredible stuff for a 2014 skin.

Primetime Draven rounds out the Legendaries. Sports commentator Draven with a microphone, suit, and play-by-play VO. Riot actually released this one at 975 RP originally as a promotional thing during the 2014 esports push, then moved it to Legendary pricing later. Kinda feels like the weakest of the five Legendaries if I'm being honest, but Draven one-tricks still love it. The axes are microphones. Thats commitment to the bit.

The Champion Roster and Who Actually Fits

31 champions across this line. Can't list them all without this turning into a phone book, so here's who matters.

Cho'Gath and Kog'Maw both got Jurassic skins, which technically falls under Day Job since it's the "paleontology museum exhibit" angle. They work because void creatures dressed up as dinosaurs is inherently funny. Seen maybe six Jurassic Cho'Gaths total in my games over the years. Rare pick but always gets a laugh in champ select.

Gangplank as a sailor, Jax as a fisherman, Gragas in scuba gear. The outdoor hobby crew. These are all older Standard tier skins and they show their age model-wise, but the concepts are solid. Angler Jax with a fishing rod instead of a lamppost? Classic. (Sidebar for Jax mains specifically: the bonk sound on the fishing rod auto is genuinely satisfying.)

The newer entries show Riot still cares about this line. Fried Chicken King Swain from recent years is absurd in the best way. Swain commanding a fast food empire instead of Noxus. Attorney Azir bringing order to the court instead of Shurima. Janitor Thresh sweeping up the Rift. Bowling League Lillia rolling strikes. These newer skins lean harder into the comedy and the model quality is night and day compared to 2010 entries.

Real talk though, some champions feel forced. Prestigious LeBlanc is just LeBlanc in a fancy outfit. Thats barely a "day job," thats just Tuesday for LeBlanc. Black Belt Udyr is a martial artist which is basically what Udyr already does. Boom Boom Blitzcrank is a boxer robot which sure, okay, but its not as creative as giving Swain a chicken restaurant. The older entries sometimes just slapped a costume on without the comedy commitment that makes the line work.

Who should get a Day Job skin next? I've been saying this for years: Accountant Veigar. Tiny evil yordle doing your taxes. The ult is a giant calculator. Riot please. Also Substitute Teacher Aurelion Sol managing a classroom of minions. The meme potential is endless and more.

Tier Breakdown and What You're Actually Paying

Here's where Day Job gets interesting. 19 out of 31 skins are Standard tier, priced between 520 and 975 RP. That's a lot of budget skins. Most of those are from 2010-2013 when Riot was churning out simple texture recolors and model swaps. You're not getting new VFX or VO at that price point. Just the costume change and maybe a weapon swap.

6 Epics at 1350 RP carry the middle ground. These get proper model updates, sometimes new particles. The jump from Standard to Epic in this line is massive because the older Standards look genuinely rough by 2025 standards.

The 5 Legendaries at 1820 RP are where the line earns its reputation. Custom VO across all five, unique animations, thematic recall sequences. Worth it? For mains, absolutely. Corporate Mundo and Forecast Janna alone justify the entire skinline's existence in my opinion. And then there's the Mythic tier entry with Prestige Money Miser Mordekaiser adding that exclusive chase variant.

Price range runs 520 to 1820 RP. Might be overthinking it but I think Day Job actually offers the best value-to-entertainment ratio of any skinline. The Legendaries are comedy gold and the cheap ones are fine for what they are. You dont buy Angler Jax for the VFX, you buy it because fishing rod Jax is funny. Simple as that.

Frequently Asked Questions About Day Job Skins

How many Day Job skins are there?

31 skins total as of 2025. The line started back in 2010 with entries like Brolaf and Firefighter Tristana and Riot's been adding to it steadily since. Most recent additions include Bowling League Lillia, Attorney Azir, and Janitor Thresh. Not sure if its done growing either, feels like Riot drops a new batch every couple years.

What is the best Day Job skin?

Corporate Mundo. Not even close in my book. The VO is hilarious, the briefcase cleavers are iconic, and the corporate office recall still holds up after all these years. Forecast Janna is a close second for the weather reporter gimmick and dynamic voice lines. Both Legendaries, both worth 1820 RP if you play those champions at all.

Which champions have Day Job skins?

31 champions in total. Big names include Olaf, Tristana, Dr. Mundo, Janna, Draven, Swain, Azir, Thresh, and Lillia among others. The roster spans every role, you've got tanks, ADCs, supports, mages, fighters all represented. Been playing ranked for years and you'll see at least a few of these pop up regularly in champ select.

Does Day Job have Legendary skins?

Five Legendaries at 1820 RP each. Brolaf, Firefighter Tristana, Corporate Mundo, Forecast Janna, and Primetime Draven. All five have custom voice lines, unique animations, and themed recall sequences. Thats more Legendaries than most skinlines get and they range from 2010 to 2014 in release date. Each one commits fully to the comedy angle.

When did the Day Job skinline release?

First Day Job skins dropped in 2010. Brolaf and several others were among the earliest. The line has been growing for 15 years now with the most recent additions landing in 2025. Kinda wild that a skinline has been running that long. Most lines get one batch and Riot moves on, but Day Job keeps getting new entries.

Are Day Job skins worth buying?

Depends on the tier honestly. The Legendaries are absolutely worth it for comedy value alone, especially Corporate Mundo and Forecast Janna. The Standard tier skins at 520-975 RP are hit or miss since many are old texture swaps. Could be coping but I think the fun factor makes even the cheaper ones worth it if you main that champion. Entertainment per RP spent is high here.

Do Day Job skins have chromas?

Some of the newer Epic tier entries have chromas available. The older Standard and Legendary skins mostly don't since chromas weren't a thing when they released. If you're after color variety your best bet is the more recent Day Job additions. The older ones are what they are, single version only, take it or leave it.

Will Riot make more Day Job skins?

Almost certainly yes. Riot added new Day Job skins as recently as 2025 which shows the line isnt dead. The concept has infinite potential since any champion can have a mundane job. My prediction? We'll see another batch within a year or two. The community loves these comedy skins and they consistently perform well in player surveys from what I've seen discussed on Reddit.
