Is AgataSmurf a legit place to buy game accounts?
We have sold accounts since 2017. Every order goes through our store on G2G, which holds your payment until you have the account, and buyers rate us 5.0 from 61 reviews.
How does buying an account work?
Pick an account on our site and press Buy Now. That opens the exact listing in our G2G store, where you pay. After G2G confirms the payment, you receive the account details.
How fast is delivery?
Fast. Delivery starts as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Which payment methods can I use?
The methods G2G shows at checkout for your country. They vary by region, so just check when you get to checkout.
I paid but did not receive the account. What should I do?
Contact us with your G2G order ID. G2G holds your payment until the account is delivered, so your money sits safe while we fix it.
Can I change the email and password?
Yes. The email on our League of Legends accounts is unverified, so you link your own address and set a new password. Do this before your first game, because the warranty requires it.
What does the 30-day warranty cover?
If Riot bans the account for “Purchase of an account”, “Use of a 3rd party leveling program” or a similar reason, contact us with the ban notice within 30 days and we replace the account. You need to have changed the email and password before playing, kept the account on its original server and not received a replacement for it before. Bans for cheating, harassment or heavy profanity are not covered. Full conditions: warranty and refunds.
Do you give refunds?
Our warranty provides a replacement account, not a refund. If an order is not delivered, G2G buyer protection applies, because G2G holds the payment until you have the account.
Are the accounts made with bots?
No. We level accounts by hand in normal matches and check every account before handover.
What does Ranked Ready mean?
A Ranked Ready League of Legends account already cleared the 10 normal games Riot requires, so ranked is open the moment you log in. Unranked accounts still need those 10 games.
Which servers and games do you sell?
The Games menu always shows the current list. League of Legends accounts make up most of our stock, on most servers (see LoL accounts); Valorant and World of Warcraft listings appear when we have them in stock.
Is buying an account against Riot’s rules?
Yes. Riot’s Terms of Service do not allow account sales, and we will not pretend otherwise. That is why our warranty exists, and why you should never run cheats or third-party tools on any account.
