AgataSmurf Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data AgataSmurf collects on agatasmurf.com, why, and what choices you have. Questions: support@agatasmurf.com.

What data do we collect?

  • Sell requests. If you use the form on the sell your account page, we receive what you enter: email, Riot ID, server, rank, level, skins, asking price and your message. We use it only to reply to your request.
  • Emails to support. If you write to us, we keep your email address and the conversation to answer you.
  • Analytics. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 records how pages are used: pages viewed, clicks on “Buy Now” buttons, device and browser type, and approximate location. We do not use it to identify you.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and to keep the site running.

How are payments handled?

All purchases are paid on our store on G2G. Payment details are entered on G2G, not on our website, and G2G handles them under its own privacy policy. We receive from G2G only what is needed to deliver your order.

Do we use cookies?

Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*. Visitors from the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland see a cookie banner, and analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept”. If you click “Decline”, Google Analytics receives only cookieless signals with no identifiers. Your choice is saved in your browser (ags_consent). You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing your browser data.

  • To answer sell requests and support emails: because you asked us to (steps before a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying).
  • Analytics cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Server logs: our legitimate interest in security.

Who else receives data?

  • Google (Google Analytics), as our analytics provider.
  • Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its logs.
  • G2G, when you buy on our G2G store.

We never sell your personal data. Some of these providers may process data outside your country. They do so under their own data protection terms.

How long do we keep data?

Sell requests and support emails are kept as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up. You can ask us to delete them at any time. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting of Google Analytics.

What are your rights?

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. You can withdraw cookie consent with the “Cookie settings” link. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email support@agatasmurf.com.

Children

Our services are not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
