Teemo has 15 skins and honestly the range is wild. You go from some of the oldest cosmetics in League history to two fully loaded Legendaries that feel like they belong in a different game entirely. Been playing Teemo on and off since season 3, mostly as a top lane counterpick when I need to tilt a Darius or Nasus player off the planet. His skin catalog tells the whole story of how Riot evolved their cosmetic game. Some of these skins are basically recolors from 2009. Others have completely unique voice lines, animations, and VFX that transform the little rat into something else. Not gonna lie, ranking these is harder than it should be.

The Full Teemo Skin Catalog

15 skins spanning from 2009 to 2022. Thats over a decade of Riot figuring out what to do with the most loved and hated yordle on the Rift. The breakdown looks like this: six Standard tier skins, six Epics, two Legendaries, and one Mythic Prestige. For a champion who's been around since literal launch, 15 feels about right. Not bloated like Lux or Ezreal, but enough variety that you can find something for every mood.

The early stuff is rough. Happy Elf Teemo dropped in 2009 and it shows. Recon Teemo, Badger Teemo - these are products of a different era. Riot was basically just swapping texture files back then. No new particles, no new animations, nothing. Just Teemo in a different outfit. Which is fine for what it is, but if you're coming from modern skins the jump in quality is jarring.

The real glow-up started around 2015 with Omega Squad. That was the first Teemo skin that felt like a genuine reimagining of the champion. Full new VO, completely different thematic, dark military aesthetic instead of cute scout. Then Riot kept cooking through the Epic tier with skins like Little Devil and Beemo, both of which punch way above 1350 RP. Could be wrong here but I think Teemo's Epic skins are some of the most consistent in the game. Six of them and there's maybe one miss.

Space Groove Teemo in 2022 was the most recent Legendary and honestly it showed Riot still cares about keeping Teemo's catalog fresh. Two Legendaries for a yordle who half the playerbase wants deleted from the game. Respect.

Best Teemo Skins Worth Your RP

Omega Squad Teemo. Full stop. This skin turned a cute yordle scout into a PTSD-riddled war veteran and the execution is flawless. Released back in 2015 at 1820 RP and it still holds up. The voice lines are what carry it - Teemo talks about the things he's seen, references fallen squadmates, the whole tone shifts from playful to grim. His Q sounds like an actual rifle shot. The R mushrooms look like military mines. Been spamming this in Diamond whenever I get a Teemo game and the enemy team always comments on the VO lines in all chat. (Random aside: the recall animation where he salutes hits different at 2 AM after a loss streak.)

Space Groove Teemo is the other Legendary and it's basically the polar opposite. Disco Teemo. Groovy Teemo. The W movement animation has him literally vibing across the lane. 1820 RP and the VFX are gorgeous - mushrooms become little disco balls, the Q is a beam of funky energy. Might be overthinking it but I think this skin has the smoothest auto attack animation of any Teemo skin. Makes csing feel cleaner somehow. The voice lines lean full into the retro aesthetic and theres a goofiness that works perfectly for the champion.

Little Devil Teemo at 1350 RP is probably the best value in his catalog. Epic tier pricing but the thematic slaps. Released October 2016 right around Halloween and it fits. Demonic Teemo with a pitchfork, fire particles on abilities, the whole package. His R mushrooms have flame effects. Played maybe 150 games with this one across season 7 and 8, it was my default before Omega Squad stole the spot.

Beemo deserves a mention. 1350 RP. Teemo dressed as a bee. The mushrooms are honeycombs. It's cute, it's clean, and the splash art alone makes it worth considering. Kinda feels like Riot made this skin specifically for the people who think Teemo is adorable rather than evil.

Astronaut Teemo rounds out the top five. Another Epic at 1350 RP with a space theme that works surprisingly well on a yordle. The low-gravity feel on some animations is a nice touch. Not the flashiest skin but solid across the board.

Skinlines and Where Teemo Fits

Teemo shows up across a ton of skinlines and some of them fit better than others. Omega Squad is the standout - the military theme contrasts perfectly with Teemo's base personality. Taking the cute scout concept and making it dark and grizzled. Chef's kiss. The skin practically created its own mini-lore within the skinline.

Spirit Blossom is interesting. The base Spirit Blossom Teemo is solid, and then there's the Prestige version which is the only Mythic tier skin in his catalog. Not gonna lie, the Prestige version looks clean but getting it required either grinding tokens during the event or rolling it from Hextech. If you missed the event window back in 2020 you're looking at Mythic Essence or pure luck from rerolls.

Cottontail is a classic. Easter bunny Teemo, been around since 2011. Simple concept, executed well for its era. The Astronaut line puts him alongside Bard and Corki which is a fun squad. Snowdown Showdown gave us Happy Elf which is mostly a collector's piece at this point. Real talk though, the Demonic skinline with Little Devil might be my favorite thematic fit overall. Something about turning the most annoying champion in League into a literal demon just works on every level.

Firecracker Teemo from the Lunar Revel line is the newest addition from 2022. Decent execution, firework mushrooms are a nice seasonal touch. Not top tier but far from bad.

Budget Picks vs Premium Teemo Skins

If you're climbing ranked and dont want to drop 1820 RP, the Epic tier is where Teemo's value lives. Little Devil at 1350 is the best bang for your RP across his entire catalog. Beemo at 1350 is a close second. Both give you new particles, recall animations, and enough visual changes that they feel like proper skins rather than glorified chromas.

On the Standard side, Super Teemo at 750 RP is fine for what it is. Cape-wearing Teemo, superhero vibes, nothing groundbreaking but it's cheap. Panda Teemo at the same price is cute. Maybe just my experience but the older Standards like Badger and Recon feel like they should be 520 or lower - the quality gap between those and something like Beemo is massive.

For premium, you really cant go wrong with either Legendary. Omega Squad if you want dark and serious, Space Groove if you want fun and flashy. 1820 RP each. Both earn their price tag. Had both in rotation since last split and I swap depending on mood. Serious ranked session? Omega Squad. Normal games with friends on a Friday night? Space Groove every time. The Prestige Spirit Blossom is technically the most exclusive skin but since its Mythic tier the acquisition path is painful unless you got it during the original event.
