Reverse Annie

Reverse Annie is Annie wearing a Tibbers costume while Tibbers wears an Annie costume. Thats it. Thats the whole skin concept. September 6, 2011 release at 975 RP. Kienan “Knockwurst” Lafferty delivered on the splash and the concept is pure comedy. A little girl in a bear onesie summoning a giant bear wearing a purple dress and a wig. Every time this skin shows up in loading screen someone in the lobby reacts. Been playing since season 3 and I still crack a smile when I see it.

The model puts Annie in a brown bear onesie with little ears on the hood. She waddles around the Rift looking like a child at a costume party. No new VFX on Q, W, or E. Base particles apply. But R is where the joke pays off. Tibbers drops wearing a purple dress and a blonde wig. A massive bear in a little girl’s outfit chasing enemies through a teamfight is genuinely funny every single time. The visual comedy never gets old even after hundreds of games.

No chromas. Permanent shop availability at 975 RP. Part of the Legacy skinline category. Voice stays default but honestly Cristina Milizia’s cheerful Annie voice coming from a kid in a bear suit adds to the comedy. No new recall animation.

The comedy option for Annie mains

Every champion needs a joke skin and Reverse Annie is one of the best in the game. Not for VFX quality. Not for competitive edge. For the reaction. Dropping Tibbers in a dress on three people at baron and watching the chaos unfold is a different kind of satisfaction than landing a clean combo on a serious skin. Could be wrong here but I think Reverse Annie might have the highest “makes your opponent smile before they die” rate of any skin in League.

975 RP for a skin that has been making people laugh since 2011. If you play Annie and you dont own this, what are you doing. The bear in a dress is iconic. Lock it in for normals, ARAM, and any game where you want to bring levity to the Rift. For ranked where you want actual VFX advantages, Fright Night or Hextech are better picks. But for fun? Reverse Annie is undefeated.
