Renata Glasc has one of the smallest skin pools in the game and honestly thats part of what makes her catalog interesting. Five skins total for a champion released in 2022, and Riot managed to hit some genuinely different themes across all of them. Been playing her as my go-to enchanter in Diamond since her launch, and the skin quality here punches way above what you'd expect for a roster this small. Not every pick is a winner but there's no filler either. Rare for a newer champion.

How Renata Glasc's Skin Collection Shaped Up

Five skins across three years. 2022 to 2025. Not a massive catalog by any stretch but Renata only dropped in patch 12.4 so the pace is honestly fine. Three Epics at 1350 RP each, one Mythic Prestige, and one Standard tier skin that came through the Masque of the Black Rose event. Could be wrong here but I think that tier breakdown is pretty solid for a champion this young.

Admiral Glasc was her release skin, day one with the champion. Steel Valkyries line. Then Fright Night hit later in 2022 which gave her the horror treatment. La Ilusión and its Prestige variant came as a pair, gorgeous Day of the Dead inspired theme. Most recently Masque of the Black Rose dropped in 2025.

The thing about Renata's kit is it translates well to skin fantasies. Her W (Bailout) has that revive mechanic with distinct visual cues, her ult (Hostile Takeover) sends out this massive wave. Skin teams have a lot to work with on those abilities specifically. Every Epic she's gotten has done something meaningful with her particle effects, which isnt always the case for 1350 RP skins on other champions. (Random aside: her base skin is actually quite good too which makes the competition between skins tighter.)

No Legendary yet. Feels like a matter of time given how popular she's gotten in ranked and pro play. Her pick rate in support has been climbing steadily and Riot tends to follow the money there.

Best Renata Glasc Skins Worth Your RP

Real talk though, ranking five skins is easier than ranking fifteen but the gaps here are smaller than you'd think. Played maybe 300 games on Renata across all her skins and keep rotating back to the same two or three.

Admiral Glasc sits at the top for me. Steel Valkyries theme gives her this mech-commander look that fits her corporate overlord personality perfectly. The Q (Handshake) gets these metallic tether effects, her W shield has a holographic quality to it. Her ult sends out this wave of corrupted tech energy. 1350 RP. Been my default lock-in since it released and I dont see that changing unless she gets a Legendary.

Fright Night Renata Glasc is the spooky pick. Dropped during the Halloween event in 2022 and the theme works better than it should. Her whole vibe is already kind of sinister so leaning into full horror just makes sense. The E (Loyalty Program) shield VFX have this ghostly green tint. Ult looks like a haunted mist rolling through the teamfight. Had a ranked game last season where I ulted three people in dragon pit with this skin on and my duo said it looked like a horror movie. 1350 RP, easy recommend.

La Ilusión Renata Glasc is the prettiest skin in her catalog. Warm colors. Marigold particles everywhere. The recall animation alone is worth the 1350 RP if you care about aesthetics. Might be overthinking it but I think this one has the best splash art of all her skins too. The Prestige version cranks everything to gold and white which looks clean but honestly the base La Ilusión hits harder in actual games. Prestige is Mythic tier so you need event currency or Mythic Essence, not straight RP.

Masque of the Black Rose is her newest and its a Standard tier skin. Special pricing through the event. The Black Rose theme ties into Noxian lore which fits Renata's background as a Zaunite power broker. Not her flashiest option but the model changes are solid for what it is. Good variety pick if you already own Admiral or Fright Night.

Skinlines and How They Fit Renata

Four skinlines across five skins. Steel Valkyries, Fright Night, La Ilusión, and Masque of the Black Rose. Not sure if it's just me but Renata feels like one of those champions where the darker themes land better. Steel Valkyries gives her authority. Fright Night gives her menace. Both play into what makes her character work on the Rift.

La Ilusión is the outlier. Beautiful skin, gorgeous theme, but it softens her edges in a way that feels slightly off from her kit fantasy. You're still using Hostile Takeover to make enemies kill each other, just now with flower petals. Looks amazing though. Season 13 I was spamming La Ilusión in ranked and got compliments on the skin maybe four or five times from random teammates. That never happens with other skins.

Steel Valkyries as a line has some heavy hitters across the roster and Admiral Glasc holds her own in that company. The mech aesthetic translates well to her abilities. Fright Night similarly is a strong skinline that Riot keeps expanding and Renata's entry is one of the better ones in the set. Kinda feels like Riot understood her character well enough to pick themes that amplify rather than fight against her identity. (Sidebar for support mains specifically: the Fright Night skin's ult is genuinely harder to read for enemies in lane, might be a minor competitive edge there.)

Budget Picks vs Premium Options

Here's the thing with Renata's catalog. Her purchasable skins are all 1350 RP Epics. No 975 or 520 budget options exist. The Prestige is Mythic currency and Masque of the Black Rose came through an event. So if you're spending RP directly, you're paying 1350 regardless of which skin you pick.

That simplifies the decision. Admiral Glasc at 1350 RP is the best value because its the best skin period. If you want variety, Fright Night at the same price gives you the most visually distinct option from her base. La Ilusión is the aesthetic pick.

For players climbing ranked on a budget who only want one Renata skin, Admiral Glasc. Full stop. The particles are clean, the theme is strong, the model changes are significant for an Epic. 1350 RP well spent for mains. If you can only afford one skin for her this is the one and it's not particularly close. Been daily driving it in Diamond for three seasons now and never felt like I needed a Legendary to enjoy the champion.

The Prestige La Ilusión is technically the "premium" option but you can't just buy it with RP so the comparison isn't really apples to apples. Its gorgeous. Gold and white color scheme, elevated particles. But the base La Ilusión at 1350 gives you 85% of the experience for actual money. Not gonna lie, the Prestige mostly exists for collectors and one-tricks who want every variant.
