Bel'Veth

Bel'Veth Skins

3 skins available

Bel'Veth has one of the smallest skin catalogs in the game and honestly thats part of what makes picking one feel high-stakes. Three skins total. All Epic. All 1350 RP. No Legendary, no budget option, no Legacy vault nonsense. You're choosing between three very different visual directions for a champion that already looks like nothing else on the Rift. Been playing her since release in my Diamond games and I rotate between all three depending on mood, but there's a clear winner if you can only grab one. Stick around.

How Bel'Veth's Skin Collection Stacks Up

Three skins across two years. That's the whole catalog. Bel'Veth dropped in June 2022 and Battle Boss came with her as the launch skin. Cosmic Matriarch followed, then Primordian closed it out in 2024. Every single one sits at Epic tier, 1350 RP each. No variety in pricing whatsoever.

Not gonna lie, the small roster actually works in her favor for one reason. Riot clearly put effort into each release because they knew the spotlight would be intense. When a champion only has three skins, players notice if one of them phones it in. Could be wrong here but I think the design team treated each Bel'Veth skin like it had to justify itself harder than skin number 47 for Lux or Ezreal.

The tier breakdown is dead simple. Three Epics. That means new VFX and SFX across the board but no new voice lines on any of them. Base VO stays. For a champion whose voice work is already pretty distinctive with that eldritch layered filter thing going on, keeping the base lines honestly doesnt bother me much. The visual changes carry enough weight at 1350.

What stands out across the collection is how different each skin reads in-game. Battle Boss goes full retro arcade. Cosmic Matriarch leans cosmic horror. Primordian hits that bio-organic alien vibe. Three skins, three completely separate fantasies. Compare that to some champions where half the catalog is just "blue version" and "red version" of the same concept. Bel'Veth mains got lucky here. (Random aside: I keep hoping Riot gives her a Legendary eventually because the base VO is begging for an expanded version with more void lore.)

Season 13 and 14 were when these all dropped. Relatively recent. The VFX quality reflects that too since Riot's particle work has gotten noticeably better in the last couple years. No dusty 2015 textures to deal with in this catalog.

Best Skins for Bel'Veth

Cosmic Matriarch is the one. Top pick for Bel'Veth mains and it isnt particularly close. The cosmic purple and gold palette transforms her Q dashes into these streaking nebula trails that read beautifully during teamfights. Her W slam has this gravitational collapse effect, her E damage reduction zone gets a swirling galaxy border, and the R transformation into her true form goes full cosmic entity. Spammed this in ranked for about 40 games last split and the visual clarity on abilities actually felt better than base.

Battle Boss sits at number two. The arcade aesthetic is fun. Pixelated VFX on her Q, 8-bit sound effects layered over the attacks, and her ultimate form gets this neon boss-fight glow. Kinda feels like playing a raid boss in someone else's arcade game. The splash goes hard too. Been running this one since it launched alongside her in 2022 and it holds up well. The recall animation where she basically consumes arcade minions is a nice touch.

Primordian rounds it out. Good skin. Not the best. The bio-organic redesign gives her this Xenomorph-meets-deep-sea-creature look that fits the Void fantasy better than you'd expect from a skinline thats relatively new. Her W ground slam has this fleshy ripple effect. Gross in the best way. But the color palette runs dark and muddy in certain Rift lighting, especially around dragon pit. Played maybe 15 games with it last month and I kept losing track of my E zone edges in river fights.

Real talk though, all three are solid. There's no "bad" Bel'Veth skin yet. The gap between best and worst is smaller than most champion catalogs. If you main her, you'll probably end up owning all three eventually anyway since the collection is so manageable.

For jungle clear specifically, Cosmic Matriarch's particles are the cleanest to read when you're cycling Q through camps. The cosmic trails make it obvious which dash reset you're on. Small thing but it matters when you're trying to optimize clear speed in the early game pre-6.

Skinlines and Themes That Work for Bel'Veth

Arcade Battle Bosses was the launch skinline choice and honestly a smart one. Bel'Veth's whole identity is consuming and growing stronger, which maps perfectly onto a final boss archetype. The Battle Boss line has housed some iconic skins over the years. Veigar, Brand, Ziggs. Bel'Veth fits right in with that energy of "you are not supposed to beat this thing." Not sure if it's just me but the arcade aesthetic also softens her visual design in a way that makes her more approachable for people who find her base model unsettling.

Cosmic is the standout thematic fit. The Cosmic skinline deals with celestial entities, creation and destruction on a universal scale. Bel'Veth is literally a Void entity that wants to consume and remake reality. The themes overlap so naturally it almost feels like the skinline was designed with her in mind. Cosmic Matriarch specifically leans into the "matriarch" title harder than her base skin does. The crown, the flowing cosmic tendrils, the way her true form in R looks like a galaxy folding in on itself. Chef's kiss.

Primordian is the newest skinline she's joined, dropped in 2024. The bio-horror direction works because Bel'Veth already lives in that space conceptually. She's an eldritch manta ray thing from the Void. Giving her a primordial organism redesign isnt a stretch. Feels like a lateral move rather than a transformation, which might be why it ranks third for me. Good execution, less dramatic contrast with her base identity.

(Sidebar for Void champion collectors: Bel'Veth's skinline diversity is actually better than most Void champs. Cho'Gath and Kog'Maw have more skins total but a lot of them blur together thematically.)

Budget vs Premium: What to Buy First

Here's the thing with Bel'Veth. There is no budget option. Everything costs 1350 RP. No 520 recolor, no 750 model swap, no 975 middle ground. Your entry point is Epic tier whether you like it or not.

1350 feels fair for what you get on each of these though. Full VFX overhaul, new SFX, updated recall animation. Standard Epic package but executed well across all three. If you're climbing with Bel'Veth in ranked and want one skin, Cosmic Matriarch is the play. Best visual clarity, strongest thematic execution, and the particles look premium even by 2024 standards.

If you already own Cosmic Matriarch, grab Battle Boss next for variety. The arcade theme is different enough that rotating between them keeps things fresh. Primordian last unless the bio-horror aesthetic specifically appeals to you.

Might be overthinking it but I'd wait for Your Shop or a sale event before buying all three. No rush since they're all permanent shop skins. Available any time. Grabbed my second and third during the season 14 end-of-year sale around November and saved a decent chunk. 1350 times three adds up quick otherwise.

No Legendary exists for her yet. Could be wrong here but I think she's a strong candidate for one eventually given how much her kit relies on transformation with R. A Legendary with new VO and unique true-form animations would be an instant lock-in for the Bel'Veth playerbase. For now though, the Epic options hold their own.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many skins does Bel'Veth have?

Three skins total as of 2024. Battle Boss, Cosmic Matriarch, and Primordian. All Epic tier at 1350 RP each. Small catalog since she only released in 2022, but the quality across all three is solid. No filler skins in the bunch, which is more than some older champions can say about their first three releases.

What is the best Bel'Veth skin?

Cosmic Matriarch. Not close in my opinion. The cosmic VFX on her Q dashes and R transformation look incredible on the Rift. Best visual clarity too which matters for a champion whose kit involves rapid dashing through camps and teamfights. Been my go-to Bel'Veth skin since it dropped.

What is the cheapest Bel'Veth skin?

They're all the same price. 1350 RP across the board. No budget options exist for her right now. Kinda unusual but it means every skin is at least Epic quality with full VFX changes. Wait for Your Shop or a sale if you want a discount, otherwise 1350 is the floor.

Does Bel'Veth have a Legendary skin?

No Legendary yet. All three skins sit at Epic tier. Feels like a matter of time though. Her R transformation mechanic is perfect for Legendary treatment with new VO and expanded true-form animations. For now the Epics hold up well but yeah, a Legendary would be huge for her mains.

What skinlines is Bel'Veth in?

Three skinlines: Arcade Battle Bosses, Cosmic, and Primordian. Solid variety for only three skins. Cosmic fits her thematic identity the hardest, Battle Boss gives the fun retro arcade vibe, and Primordian leans into bio-horror. Each one feels genuinely different in game which is nice.

Does Bel'Veth have chromas?

Some of her skins have chromas available. If you're grabbing Cosmic Matriarch I'd check the chroma options since a few of them shift the color palette in interesting directions. Chromas at Epic tier usually run 290 RP each or come bundled. Worth browsing before you commit to base colors.

When was Bel'Veth's last skin released?

Primordian Bel'Veth in 2024. Thats her most recent one. The gap between releases hasnt been too bad considering she's a newer champion. Riot seems to be keeping her in the rotation which is a good sign for future skins. Wouldn't be surprised to see another one by late 2025.

Is Bel'Veth worth buying skins for?

If you main her in jungle, absolutely. Her base model is cool but the VFX upgrades on the Epic skins make abilities feel more impactful. Cosmic Matriarch especially. If you only play her occasionally though, maybe hold off. The base skin does the job fine and 1350 RP is a lot for a champion you pick once every 20 games.
