Roblox Chat Commands: Whisper, Emote, Mute

Verified November 7, 2026 · Status: live feature
Roblox chat commands let you message friends (/w username message), use emotes (/e dance), whisper (/w), join groups, and admin commands in creator experiences — slash + command + arguments is the pattern, and each experience can define custom commands on top of the base set like /e, /mute, and /unmute. - Admin command denied? → you need admin role in that experience; ask owner.
- Chat window not opening? → press / (forward slash) to open chat; verify not disabled in Settings.
