What resets
- Raid lockouts: Each difficulty (LFR, Normal, Heroic, Mythic) has its own weekly lockout.
- Mythic+ keystone: Your current key reverts to a new random dungeon. Degrades to -1 on untimed runs within the week; resets fully on Tuesday.
- Weekly PvP conquest cap: New ceiling applies for rated PvP.
- Timewalking weekly quest: 5 dungeons → Great Vault slot.
- Delver’s Journey: Weekly Delve quest for Restored Coffer Keys.
- Trading Post Traveler’s Log: Resets on the 1st, separate from weekly reset.
- Great Vault: New 9 slots available to earn and 9 to claim (if you missed last week’s).
- World bosses: One kill per account per week per boss.
- Weekly quests: Event quests (Storms of War, Dragonflight weeklies).
- Chrome bugs: Daily caps on legacy buffs refresh daily, not weekly.
Weekly reset checklist
- Great Vault: Claim last week’s pending vault (if not done yet).
- Weekly quest: Pick up weekly quest at Dornogal (or appropriate questgiver).
- Raid: Enter current-tier raid if you’re running a weekly clear.
- Mythic+: Visit the Mythic+ portal at Dornogal; keystone has reset — get a new one.
- Delves: 4 Delves done = 1 Great Vault slot (Delves tab of Vault).
- PvP: Rated matches for Conquest if PvP-focused.
- Trading Post: 1st of month only — new monthly reset applies if that falls after Tuesday.
Daily reset (separate from weekly)
- Daily reset: 8:00 AM Pacific (resets daily random quests, Darkmoon Faire activities, world quests).
- Weekly reset is Tuesday / Wednesday (the big one for progression).
- Monthly reset: 1st of month (Trading Post, some seasonal goals).
- Seasonal reset: On patch day (fresh Mythic+ season, PvP season).

If weekly content isn’t resetting
- Lockout not clearing? → confirm server time matches your expected region (US-E vs US-W differs).
- Keystone same as last week? → log out and back in; some bugs delay the key swap.
- Weekly quest not resetting? → check which quest (some are on different timers).
- Great Vault slot disappeared? → confirm you actually completed the activity (4 Delves of Tier 4+ needed, not any 4).

What exactly resets weekly?
Raid lockouts, Mythic+ keystones, weekly quests, PvP conquest cap, Timewalking quest, Delver’s Journey, world boss kills, Great Vault (new slots + claim pending). Trading Post is monthly (1st), not weekly.
Does daily reset affect weekly stuff?
No. Daily reset is separate — 8:00 AM Pacific daily. It handles daily quests, Darkmoon Faire, world quests. Weekly content requires the Tuesday/Wednesday weekly reset.
Can I bank Great Vault rewards?
Each week’s vault lingers for up to 2 weeks after earning. You cannot stack multiple weeks’ vaults — claiming one week’s doesn’t carry forward. You lose unclaimed vaults after 2 weeks.
Why does my Mythic+ keystone become -1?
Untimed Mythic+ runs degrade the key by 1 level. The weekly reset fully refreshes your keystone to a new random dungeon at the appropriate level.
Do raids share lockouts across difficulties?
No. LFR, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic each have separate weekly lockouts. You can clear all four difficulties on the same character each week (though usually only one is worth your time).
Does the reset affect Trading Post?
No. Trading Post resets on the 1st of each month, separately from weekly reset. Your Traveler’s Log progress ticks up each week but doesn’t reset until the month starts.
