ADC is the role where itemization matters most. Every patch changes which marksmen spike hardest and when. Here are the best ADC picks for Patch 26.21.

S Tier – Best ADCs Right Now

Jinx. Jinx scales harder than any other ADC and her passive resets turn teamfights into pentakills. With the current crit item path, she hits her spike at 2 items.

Kai’Sa. Kai’Sa’s hybrid damage makes her impossible to itemize against. Her evolved abilities at key item breakpoints give her power spikes other ADCs do not have.

Jhin. Jhin dominates lane with his fourth-shot trading pattern and scales into a utility carry with Galeforce and RFC. His ultimate is one of the best catch tools in the game.

A Tier – Strong and Reliable

Caitlyn, Miss Fortune, Vayne, Xayah, Ashe.

Caitlyn has the strongest laning phase of any ADC and her traps control teamfight positioning. Miss Fortune is the easiest ADC to climb with in low elo thanks to her ultimate. Vayne shreds tanks. Xayah has built-in safety with her ultimate. Ashe provides utility no other ADC matches.

B Tier – Solid Picks With Conditions

Ezreal, Lucian, Samira, Tristana, Draven, Sivir.

Ezreal is safe but his damage is lower than other options. Lucian needs a Nami to function. Samira needs engage support and snowball. Tristana is inconsistent but her reset potential is high. Draven wins lane hard but needs to cash in before the enemy ADC outscales him.

C Tier – Playable But Outclassed

Aphelios, Kalista, Zeri, Nilah, Kog’Maw.

These champions are either too mechanically demanding for solo queue (Aphelios, Kalista) or too dependent on team peel (Kog’Maw). Zeri has been nerfed repeatedly and no longer spikes as hard as other crit ADCs.

What Changed From Last Patch

• Jhin up → S tier. Galeforce buffs give him the mobility he lacked. Fourth-shot crits hit even harder.
• Zeri down → C tier. Another round of nerfs to her Q on-hit scaling pushes her out of viability.

ADC Itemization This Patch

The standard crit path is Infinity Edge rush into Phantom Dancer or Rapid Firecannon. On-hit ADCs (Kog’Maw, Vayne) still build Blade of the Ruined King first. Lethality builds on Jhin and Miss Fortune are viable but less consistent than crit.
