UnrankedSmurfs Review 2026: Prices, Warranty, Ratings

This UnrankedSmurfs review covers a store that is still open in October 2026. UnrankedSmurfs sells League of Legends accounts from $19.99, promises a lifetime warranty with strict conditions, and holds a 2.5 TrustScore from 269 Trustpilot reviews, far below the 4.66 its own review widget shows. We did not place an order; everything below comes from the store’s pages and public reviews, checked on October 21, 2026.

UnrankedSmurfs review: who runs the store?
The footer and the terms name the operator as Freyja sp. z o.o. (a Polish limited company), with KRS number 0001190640 and a registered address on Brygady Pościgowej in Warsaw. The same terms, last updated on August 3, 2025, say disputes fall under the laws of Cyprus and give a postal address in Limassol. Trustpilot’s company profile lists Brussels, Belgium.
Three countries for one small shop. That is not proof of anything bad, but it does mean a buyer with a dispute would have to work out first which jurisdiction actually applies.
The store is old, at least by the standards of a market where shops like TurboSmurfs have already closed. Whois records date the domain unrankedsmurfs.com to May 2015, and the Internet Archive has a copy of the site from July 2015. The “over a decade” line on the About page holds up; the sales numbers are harder to pin down, because the homepage says 100,000+ accounts sold while a product page says over 150,000.
What UnrankedSmurfs accounts cost in October 2026
Prices depend heavily on the category. On October 21, 2026 the default listings showed these ranges (prices only, since we did not inspect the accounts):
| Category | Price range | Notes from the listing |
|---|---|---|
| Unranked accounts (40 listings) | $19.99 to $249.99 | 28 of the 40 cost $59.99 or less; fresh MMR, unverified email |
| Ranked accounts (21 listings) | $24.99 to $59.99 | Most show 20+ champions and 20,000+ BE; a few list Iron, Bronze or Silver in a past season |
| EUW Streamer Account | $49.99 (shown as down from $59.99) | 30,000+ BE, at least 1 champion |
| NA Streamer Account | $54.99 (shown as down from $64.99) | 30,000+ BE, at least 1 champion |
Skin accounts with rare cosmetics such as Black Alistar or PAX Sivir have their own shop on the site, and those prices vary account by account. For context on what makes a skin rare in the first place, see our list of rare LoL skins.
How UnrankedSmurfs says its accounts are leveled
Every page leans on the same claim: accounts are “100% hand-leveled” by real players, never botted. The homepage goes further with a “0% Ban Rate” banner. We cannot test a ban rate from outside, and no store can truthfully promise zero, since Riot can ban any traded account.
The product pages are less consistent than the banner. Funny enough, the EUW Streamer Account page says the account was leveled “exclusively through ARAM games” and then, a few paragraphs lower, says the team leveled these accounts in Co-op vs AI mode and finished them with 10 normal games. The About page also mentions “a strict intermediary role between buyers and sellers” and “verification of all sellers”, which suggests that at least part of the stock comes from outside sellers rather than one in-house team.
The lifetime warranty: what the terms actually cover
On the homepage it is a “Free Lifetime Warranty”. The terms are where the conditions live, and they are tighter than the slogan:
- It covers Riot bans for reasons such as “Account Purchase” or “Third-Party Software Usage” and other bans tied to the account transfer.
- You must send a copy of the ban notice within 15 days of the ban.
- You must have verified your own email on the account and changed the password, or the warranty is void.
- You must prove you no longer have access to the original account, “at our own sole discretion”.
- Bans for in-game behaviour, such as toxicity, are not covered.
- The remedy is one replacement account, not a refund.
The catch is the combination of a short claim window and a decision left entirely to the store. To be fair, most sellers in this market exclude behaviour bans and replace rather than refund. Still, “lifetime” here means the warranty can last for life, as long as you report a ban fast and the store agrees with your evidence.
Refund and delivery rules
Dated August 3, 2025 like the terms, the refund policy opens with “All sales are final”. A refund or replacement is possible only for a defective account (wrong credentials, already banned, or previously recovered), and only if you write within 72 hours of delivery with proof. Even then the store chooses the remedy, which can be a replacement, store credit, or a full or partial refund.
Delivery is automatic. The policy says most accounts arrive within one minute, and that the team will reply within 12 hours at most if automatic delivery fails.
UnrankedSmurfs reviews: on-site score vs Trustpilot
The two numbers do not match. Which one should you believe? The site’s own widget, run through the review collector Yotpo, shows an average of 4.66 from 10,000 reviews, the homepage mentions 8,000+ reviews, and the About page says over 5,000 five star reviews. On Trustpilot, where the store does not control which customers write, the score was 2.5 from 269 reviews on October 21, 2026.
Long story short, the recent Trustpilot complaints come from buyers losing accounts after purchase. In October 2026 one buyer wrote that someone recovered their rare skin account and that support did not answer the email. In July 2026 another reviewer simply told people not to buy because the accounts end up banned. An older review from September 2024 describes a $300+ account taken back 45 days after purchase; in its public reply the store said it had issued a coupon of the same value as a replacement.
Older reviews are friendlier, including buyers who say they bought dozens of accounts over several years without problems. Honestly, both pictures can be true at once (a store can serve repeat buyers well and still struggle with old, recoverable accounts).
Is buying from UnrankedSmurfs safe?
Can any seller make it fully safe? Not fully, no. Riot’s Terms of Service do not allow account trading, and the account stays Riot’s property whatever the store says. UnrankedSmurfs argues in its terms that EU law on software licences lets you resell an account licence, which is their legal position, not Riot’s, and it will not stop a ban.
What you can control is the recovery risk, which matters most with older accounts carrying rare skins, because the original owner may still hold the creation details. In practice, change the email and password the moment you log in, turn on login verification in your Riot settings, and screenshot the delivery page and order email. Those steps also happen to be what the warranty requires, so skipping them costs you twice.
How AgataSmurf compares
We compete with UnrankedSmurfs, so read this part with that in mind. AgataSmurf has sold accounts since 2017 through our store on G2G, and buyers rate us 5.0 from 61 reviews. You press Buy Now on our site, pay on G2G, and G2G holds the payment until you receive the account.
Our team hand-levels every League account in normal games, without bots. Each one is Level 30+, the email stays unverified so you attach your own, and Ranked Ready accounts have their 10 normal games already played. Our warranty is 30 days rather than lifetime, and it gives you twice as long as their 15 days to report a ban; the full conditions are on the warranty page.
Look, if you want a specific rare skin, a skin shop like theirs offers things we do not. For a clean Level 30 account in a main region, compare our LoL accounts and the EUW account page before you decide. If a store you were considering has gone quiet, our 1v9.gg review shows what that looks like. RankedKings closed too.
Our UnrankedSmurfs review verdict
Put simply, UnrankedSmurfs is a long-running, real store with automatic delivery, a wide choice of rare skin accounts, and prices that start at $19.99. The weak points are the 2.5 Trustpilot score, contradictions on its own pages, and a lifetime warranty that depends on a 15 day window and the store’s judgement. Our UnrankedSmurfs review conclusion: it is a reasonable option for a rare skin account if you read the terms first, while for a plain smurf you can find simpler warranty rules elsewhere.
