LoL Jungle Tier List for Patch 26.21: Best Junglers to Climb

Jungle tier lists shift more than any other role because small number changes hit clear speed, which cascades into everything. Here are the best junglers for Patch 26.21 in solo queue.
For the full tier list covering every role, see our LoL Tier List for Patch 26.21.
S Tier – Best Junglers Right Now
Viego. Viego’s resets in teamfights are unmatched. His clear is healthy, his ganks are decent post-6, and his passive turns every skirmish into a potential pentakill.
Lee Sin. Lee Sin is mechanically demanding but rewards skill more than any other jungler. His early game pressure and objective control are the best in the role.
Rek’Sai. Buffed tunnels and tremor sense range make Rek’Sai the best early-game ganker this patch. She falls off, but if you snowball lanes before 15 minutes, the game is over.
A Tier – Strong and Reliable
Graves, Vi, Jarvan IV, Elise, Nocturne, Kha’Zix.
Graves is the safest farming jungler with strong dueling. Vi is point-and-click engage that works at every rank. Jarvan provides utility and early power. Elise dominates early but falls off. Nocturne is the best jungler for players who want guaranteed ganks post-6.
B Tier – Solid Picks With Conditions
Diana, Hecarim, Kayn, Lillia, Amumu, Sejuani, Shyvana.
Diana and Hecarim need teamfight comps to shine. Kayn needs to commit to blue or red form and suffers before transformation. Lillia is strong in coordinated play but inconsistent in solo queue. Amumu and Sejuani are engage tanks that work well in low elo.
C Tier – Playable But Outclassed
Nidalee, Kindred, Ivern, Rengar, Talon.
These are either too mechanically demanding for their payoff (Nidalee, Rengar) or too reliant on team coordination (Ivern). Kindred needs stacks and gets outdueled early by S-tier picks.
What Changed From Last Patch
- Rek’Sai up → S tier. Tunnel cooldown buffs and tremor sense range increase make her ganks nearly unavoidable.
- Hecarim down → B tier. Base damage nerfs on his Q hurt his clear speed enough to matter.
Jungle-Specific Factors
Unlike lane tier lists, jungle rankings depend heavily on:
- Clear speed – can you full-clear before scuttle crab spawns?
- Gank setup – do you need a form, level 6, or an item spike to gank?
- Objective control – can you solo dragon or contest baron?
S-tier junglers excel at all three. B and C tier picks usually sacrifice one for the others.
