First time I saw Little Devil Teemo load in on the enemy team I knew I was going to have a miserable 30 minutes. Not because of the skin itself but because any Teemo player who locks in this specific skin at 1 AM on a Tuesday is a psychopath who will make your lane phase genuinely unplayable. Been running into this skin since season 7 and the tilt factor is real. Theres something about the little devil horns and that trident that just screams “I am going to make your top laner alt-F4.”

What Little Devil Teemo actually changes

So this is an Epic tier skin at 1350 RP, and Riot actually put in work here. New VFX across the board. Teemo’s Q – Blinding Dart – comes out as this fiery projectile that reads way cleaner than base. The poison trail on his E ticks with these little flame particles, subtle but noticeable when you’re csing and watching your health bar melt. Not gonna lie, the mushrooms are the real star. His R shrooms have this demonic glow to them, and when someone walks into one in a bush the explosion effect is genuinely satisfying to watch.

New recall animation too. Teemo sits on a little devil throne. Classic Teemo energy.

Voice lines stay base, no new VO. Kinda feels like they could have added a voice filter at minimum for the demonic theme, but for 1350 RP in 2016 this was pretty standard. The model itself is clean – red skin, devil horns, the pitchfork replaces his blowgun. Might be overthinking it but the auto attack animation feels slightly different with the trident, though I’m pretty sure thats just the visual read tricking my brain.

The VFX color palette leans heavy into reds and oranges. In teamfights the shroom explosions pop against the Rift’s green. Played maybe 200 games against this skin and the mushroom visibility is roughly the same as base, so no competitive edge there. Just looks cooler when your ADC gets chunked for half health walking to dragon.

The Demonic line and release context

Little Devil Teemo dropped October 19, 2016. Right before Halloween, obviously. Part of the Demonic skinline alongside Little Devil Fizz. Kelly Aleshire nailed the splash – Teemo surrounded by flames with that smug expression that every Teemo main identifies with on a spiritual level.

Legacy vault skin. You cant just grab it whenever you want. It rotates back during Harrowing events typically, or you need to roll it from chests. (Random aside: I got this from a reroll back in season 8 and immediately gifted it to my duo partner who mains Teemo because I refuse to play that champion on principle.)

9 chromas total. Obsidian is the one I see most in my Diamond games, goes full dark demon aesthetic which honestly reads better than the base red. Amethyst hits a purple devil vibe thats unique. Pearl exists if you want your little devil to look like he works in an office. I think most people just run base or Obsidian though.

Where Little Devil Teemo sits in the Teemo skin lineup

Real talk though, Teemo has a stacked skin catalog. Omega Squad is the tryhard pick. Beemo is the “I’m tilting you with cuteness” pick. Spirit Blossom is gorgeous. So where does Little Devil Teemo land?

Somewhere in the upper tier for me. The Demonic theme fits Teemo’s personality better than almost any other skin concept. This champion is literally designed to be annoying – the blind, the poison, the invisible mushrooms everywhere. Making him a literal devil is just Riot being honest about what they created. Been maining top lane for five seasons and every time I see this skin in champ select I already know that lane is going to be a farm simulator where I’m the one getting farmed.

1350 RP feels fair for what you get. New VFX, new recall, strong thematic. The Legacy availability actually makes it feel more special when you see it. Maybe three or four of these pop up per month in my games. Should you buy it? If you main Teemo and catch it during a vault rotation, absolutely. If you’re not a Teemo player, pray you never see it on the enemy team during a late night ranked session. S-tier Teemo cosmetic that earns its spot through pure thematic commitment to being the most annoying thing on the Rift.
