Sweetheart Annie

Sweetheart Annie dropped February 13, 2015 as a Valentine’s Day skin. Day before Valentine’s. Riot knew their timing. Suke “hugehugesword” Su delivered on the splash with Annie in a pink heart-themed dress holding a Valentine card. The Heartbreakers skinline was Riot’s annual romance event line and Annie got recruited into it at 750 RP. Not the most exciting premise for a skin but the execution is decent for the price bracket.

Valentine vibes on the Dark Child

The model puts Annie in a pink and white Valentine outfit with heart motifs. Tibbers gets a matching treatment with hearts and softer coloring. No major VFX overhaul at 750 RP but the auto attacks and some ability particles have subtle pink-tinted effects. The overall look is “cute girl at a Valentine’s party” which is a weird fit for a champion whose gameplay involves incinerating people with a bear, but thats Annie skins for you. The contrast is always part of the appeal.

In the Legacy vault so availability cycles. Part of the Heartbreakers skinline alongside Sweetheart Sona, Rakan, and Xayah from later years. No chromas. Voice stays default. No custom recall at 750 RP which was standard for that price point in 2015.

Valentine’s Annie or pass

750 RP puts this skin in an awkward spot. Its more expensive than the 520 RP model swaps but cheaper than the 975 RP skins that get VFX changes and recalls. Sweetheart Annie lands in between with some mild particle tinting but nothing dramatic. For Annie players specifically there are better options at every comparable price point. Frostfire at 975 gets full VFX swap. Reverse Annie at 975 gets the comedy factor. Sweetheart at 750 gets hearts and pink.

Not bad. Just not remarkable. If it shows up in the Legacy vault during Valentine’s and you play Annie, 750 RP is low enough that owning it for the seasonal rotation isnt a waste. Equip it every February, switch back to Fright Night or Hextech for the other 11 months. Thats the move.
