Been maining Lee Sin on and off since season 3 and this skin holds a weird sentimental spot in my rotation. SKT T1 Lee Sin dropped back in May 2014 as part of Riot’s World Champions 2013 set, celebrating Faker and the squad’s first Worlds title. Not the flashiest Lee Sin skin you can buy. Not even close. But theres something about locking in the SKT jersey that just feels right when you’re trying to channel that season 3 energy in your Diamond promos.
What SKT T1 Lee Sin actually changes
Real talk though, this is a Standard tier skin at 750 RP so keep expectations in check. You get a full model swap putting Lee Sin in the white and red SKT T1 uniform with the team logo on his back. The headband matches the jersey colors. Clean look overall.
No new VFX on Q, W, E, or R. Voice lines stay base. No custom recall animation either. Might be overthinking it but the base animations actually read well with this model because the martial arts moveset fits the athletic jersey aesthetic. Your Resonating Strike still looks like base Lee Sin’s Q, your Safeguard is the same green shield, and your Dragon’s Rage kick sends them flying with the same particles as default.
Played maybe 40 games with this skin last month in ranked and honestly the auto attack animations feel slightly snappier to me. Could be placebo. Probably is. But the model is slim enough that your ward hop combos feel visually clean, especially in bot lane river fights around dragon pit. (Random aside: I keep this skin equipped specifically for when I’m feeling tryhard in solo queue because the SKT branding puts me in a competitive mindset.)
Simple change – huge impact on the silhouette though. Lee Sin’s default model has that monk aesthetic going, wraps and bandages everywhere. The SKT uniform strips all that away for a modern esports look. Kinda feels like playing a different character even though mechanically nothing changed.
The World Champions 2013 line and release context
World Champions 2013 skinline came out to honor SKT’s dominant run through Worlds that year. Bo Lu did the splash art and captured the team pride angle well. Lee Sin stands front and center in the SKT jersey looking ready to insec someone into the fountain.
Released May 4, 2014, so about seven months after the actual tournament. Season 4 was already rolling. The whole World Champions 2013 set included skins for the roster Faker played with, Piglet’s Vayne, Bengi’s Lee Sin, Impact’s Jax. Legacy vault skin now so you cant just grab it from the shop whenever you want. Sits in the vault and comes out during special events or Worlds celebrations usually.
No chromas available. Standard pricing at 750 RP which is fair for a model-only swap with no particle updates. Voice pack is base only. Not gonna lie, for a skin celebrating the greatest Worlds run in history at that point, it feels a little bare bones by 2026 standards. But back in 2014 this was the template for esports skins.
Should you grab SKT T1 Lee Sin?
Verdict time. If you’re a Lee Sin main who watches pro play and respects the legacy of that 2013 SKT roster, this skin carries weight beyond its particle count. 750 RP feels fair for what you get. Not overpriced, not a steal.
Skip this if you want flashy VFX on your Q or a custom recall. God Fist and Storm Dragon exist for that. But if you’ve been climbing with Lee Sin since the early seasons and want something that says “I remember when Bengi was the best jungler alive” then this hits different. Seen maybe two of these in my games all season which makes it feel exclusive even though its technically just a vault rotation skin. Best esports Lee Sin skin if nostalgia matters to you, worst Lee Sin skin if you only care about visual upgrades. Fair warning, once you go back to check the splash in your collection you might catch feelings about season 3 Worlds all over again. That was peak League and this skin is a time capsule of it.
