Lee Sin Skins

19 skins available

Lee Sin has 19 skins and honestly the collection reads like a timeline of Riot figuring out what makes a good cosmetic. Been maining him on and off since season 3, and some of these skins aged like milk while others still feel clean in Diamond lobbies today. Three Legendaries, three Mythics, seven Epics, and six Standards. Not sure if it's just me but Lee Sin might have one of the most stacked skin catalogs for any jungler on the Rift. The range from 750 RP throwaways to full Legendary overhauls is wild.

Lee Sin's Skin Collection Over the Years

Acolyte Lee Sin dropped back in 2011. That was the beginning. A simple recolor, nothing fancy, and it shows its age hard if you lock it in today. The early Standard skins from that era feel like placeholder art compared to what Riot ships now. Dragon Fist came next and that one still has a cult following for how clean the animations read in lane.

The collection really started cooking around 2017 when God Fist Lee Sin hit the shop. First Legendary for the champ. Changed everything about how Lee Sin players thought about cosmetics. Before God Fist there wasnt much reason to care about Lee Sin skins beyond personal taste on splash art. After God Fist it became clear Riot saw Lee Sin as a flagship champion for premium content.

Then Storm Dragon in 2020. Another Legendary. Then Heavenscale in 2024. Third Legendary. Three Legendaries on one champion is rare territory. Lux has that many but she's Lux. For a jungler to get this treatment says something about Lee Sin's pickrate and the one-trick dedication his playerbase brings. Could be wrong here but I think only Ezreal and Lux match him for Legendary density relative to total skin count.

The Mythic tier adds another layer. Prestige Nightbringer, the 2022 rerelease, and then you've got event-locked stuff that most players wont ever see in their inventory. 19 skins spanning 2011 to 2024 is a thirteen-year catalog. The quality curve from Acolyte to Divine Heavenscale is basically a documentary on how League cosmetics evolved. Real talk though, maybe half these skins are worth your RP. The rest are collector completionism or nostalgia picks.

Best Lee Sin Skins Worth Your RP

God Fist Lee Sin. 1820 RP. Still the benchmark for a lot of Lee Sin mains and I get why. The VO is completely new, the animations feel crisp, and the Q connect sound is one of those audio cues that just hits different when you land a long range Q2 into their backline. Played maybe 300 games on God Fist across seasons 8 through 11. The recall animation where he punches the ground still looks good. Some Legendaries from 2017 aged poorly but God Fist holds up because Lee Sin's kit is so animation-dependent.

Storm Dragon Lee Sin is the flashier pick. Same 1820 RP price point. Released 2020. The dragon-themed VFX on every ability make your combos look cinematic. Q trails lightning, W shield pops with storm energy, R kick sends them flying with a dragon effect. Been running Storm Dragon in my Diamond games this season and the visual clarity is actually better than God Fist in teamfights. Might be my favorite Lee Sin skin overall but its close.

Heavenscale Lee Sin rounds out the Legendary trio. 2024 release. The newest of the three and it shows in production quality. Smooth animations, clean VFX that dont clutter your screen during ganking sequences. The thematic fits Lee Sin well. Kinda feels like Riot finally nailed the "martial arts deity" fantasy that God Fist was reaching for seven years earlier.

(Random aside: my duo partner refuses to play with me when I use Storm Dragon because he says the Q particles distract him. He's a Yuumi player so I dont take his visual clarity opinions seriously.)

Muay Thai Lee Sin deserves a mention even at Standard tier. 975 RP. The animations on this skin were tweaked to feel snappier and a ton of high elo Lee Sin players swore by it for years. Season 5 and 6 this was THE Lee Sin skin in Korean solo queue. Clean. No visual noise. Just crisp martial arts animations that make your insec combos feel smooth. Still a top 3 Lee Sin skin in my book despite being one of the cheapest.

Nightbringer Lee Sin at Epic tier is solid too. The dark angel aesthetic works for the champ and the Prestige version elevates it with gold accents. If you managed to grab Prestige Nightbringer during the event or the 2022 rerelease, thats a flex. Seen maybe five of those in my games all of last season.

Skinlines and Where Lee Sin Fits

Lee Sin shows up in a lot of skinlines. Pool Party, Lunar Revel, World Champions 2013, Crime City, Immortal Journey, Traditional. Not gonna lie, some of these feel forced. Pool Party Lee Sin is fun for normals but locking that into a ranked game in Diamond feels wrong. Crime City has the suit and hat aesthetic which is cool conceptually but the execution is mid compared to what other champions got in that line.

Lunar Revel fits naturally. Dragon Fist Lee Sin basically launched alongside the Lunar Revel thematic back when Riot was building out that skinline. The martial arts fantasy plus East Asian mythology is a no-brainer for a Shaolin monk character. Immortal Journey and Heavenscale lean into similar territory and both work well.

Traditional Lee Sin is one of those skins that exists because Lee Sin had a visual update and Riot wanted to preserve the old look. Its a time capsule. Nobody runs it in ranked unless they're making a statement about preferring the old design. Fair enough honestly.

The World Champions skin from SKT T1's 2013 win is pure esports memorabilia. FPX Lee Sin from 2019 and T1 Lee Sin are in the same bucket. These skins are about the legacy of the player who used Lee Sin in Worlds, not about the skin quality itself. Playmaker Lee Sin also leans into the esports fantasy with a soccer themed kit. (Sidebar for jungle mains specifically: the recall on Playmaker where he does keepie-uppies is genuinely funny the first ten times.)

Honestly the skinlines that work best for Lee Sin are the ones that lean into his martial arts identity. Anything that puts him in a costume feels off. Anything that enhances his monk warrior vibe tends to land well.

Budget Picks vs Going Premium on Lee Sin

The price range spans 750 to 1820 RP. Big gap. If you're climbing ranked and want a skin that feels good without dropping Legendary money, Muay Thai at 975 RP is the answer. No contest. The animation quality punches way above its price tag. Been the budget king for Lee Sin mains since it released and nothing at that tier has challenged it.

At Epic tier, Nightbringer and Inkshadow Lee Sin both deliver solid VFX for 1350 RP. Zenith Games is fine but forgettable. The Epics are a middle ground where you get new particles and sound effects without the full VO overhaul of a Legendary.

If you're going premium, pick between God Fist and Storm Dragon based on aesthetic preference. Both are 1820 RP, both have new VO and animations. God Fist is the classic. Storm Dragon is the modern pick. Heavenscale is the newest but I think it needs more time before I can say it beats the other two. Maybe just my experience but the novelty factor on Heavenscale hasnt settled yet after only two seasons.

Skip the Standards unless you're a collector. Acolyte, Traditional, and the base recolors dont change enough to justify even 750 RP when Muay Thai exists at 975. Straight talk: Muay Thai is the best value skin in Lee Sin's entire catalog and probably one of the best value skins in the game period.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many skins does Lee Sin have?

Lee Sin has 19 skins total as of 2024. That includes 6 Standards, 7 Epics, 3 Legendaries, and 3 Mythics. Stacked catalog for a jungler. Been collecting them since season 3 and theres always something new dropping for this champ. Riot clearly knows Lee Sin sells.

What is the best Lee Sin skin?

Storm Dragon Lee Sin or God Fist Lee Sin depending on your taste. Both Legendaries at 1820 RP. Storm Dragon has flashier VFX, God Fist has the iconic VO. Spammed both in Diamond and honestly you cant go wrong. Muay Thai if you want budget. That skin is criminally underpriced.

What is the cheapest Lee Sin skin?

Acolyte Lee Sin and Traditional Lee Sin sit at 750 RP. Cheapest options available. Neither changes much beyond textures though. Real budget pick is Muay Thai at 975 RP because the animation changes make it feel like a completely different champ. Worth the extra 225 RP easily.

Does Lee Sin have a Legendary skin?

Three Legendaries actually. God Fist from 2017, Storm Dragon from 2020, and Heavenscale from 2024. All 1820 RP with new VO, animations, and VFX. Three Legendaries on one champ is rare. Only a handful of champions in League have that many. Lee Sin stays eating good.

What skinlines is Lee Sin in?

Pool Party, Lunar Revel, Immortal Journey, Crime City, World Champions, Nightbringer, Heavenscale, and more. The martial arts themed lines like Lunar Revel and Immortal Journey fit him best. Pool Party is fun for norms but feels off in ranked. Personal preference obviously.

Does Lee Sin have chromas?

Several Lee Sin skins have chromas available. Nightbringer, Inkshadow, and some of the Epic tier skins come with chroma sets. The Prestige versions are basically premium chromas in themselves. Check the individual skin pages for specific chroma counts and color options for each one.

When was Lee Sin's last skin released?

Divine Heavenscale Lee Sin dropped in 2024. Part of the Heavenscale skinline. The base Heavenscale Lee Sin is a full Legendary with new VO and everything. Divine version adds the prestige treatment on top. Riot keeps Lee Sin in the rotation consistently, rarely goes more than a year without something new.

Is Lee Sin worth buying skins for?

If you play Lee Sin regularly then absolutely. His kit is so animation-heavy that good skins genuinely feel better to play. The Q-R-Q combo with Storm Dragon VFX versus base skin is night and day. Even Muay Thai at 975 RP changes how your combos feel. Worth it for anyone climbing with him.
