To pay for the goods by credit card when placing an order in the online store, select the payment method: credit card.
When paying for an order with a bank card, the payment is processed on the bank’s authorization page, where you need to enter your bank card details:
1.card type
2.card number,
3.card expiration date (indicated on the face of the card)
4. Name of the cardholder (in Latin letters, exactly as indicated on the card)
5.CVC2 / CVV2 code

If your card is connected to the 3D-Secure service, you will be automatically redirected to the page of the bank that issued the card to go through the authentication procedure. For information on the rules and methods of additional identification, check with the Bank that issued your bank card.
The security of processing Internet payments through the bank’s payment gateway is guaranteed by the PCI DSS international security certificate. Information is transmitted using SSL encryption technology. This information is not available to unauthorized persons.
Tips and tricks on the necessary security measures for making payments using a bank card:
1. Take care of your plastic cards as you save cash. Don’t forget them in your car, restaurant, store, etc.
2.Never give your full credit card number over the phone to any person or company
3.Always have an emergency telephone number at hand for the bank that issued your card, and in case of loss, immediately contact the bank

Purchase returns
The procedure for returning goods is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
• The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the goods – within seven days;
• Return of good quality goods is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved;
• The consumer does not have the right to refuse a product of good quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the person purchasing it;
• If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return to him the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller’s expenses for the delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than ten days from the date of the consumer’s request;
• Refunds when paying with a bank card are made to the bank card with which the payment was made. The return period is from 1 to 30 working days.
Cancellation of the service
The consumer’s right to terminate the service agreement is regulated by Article 32 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”
• The consumer has the right to terminate the contract for the provision of services at any time by paying the contractor a part of the price in proportion to the part of the service provided before receiving a notice of termination of the specified contract and reimbursing the contractor for the costs incurred by him up to this moment in order to fulfill the contract, if they are not included in the specified part of the price services;
• The consumer, upon detection of deficiencies in the rendered service, has the right, at his choice, to demand:
o gratuitous elimination of deficiencies;
o a corresponding reduction in price;
o reimbursement of expenses incurred by him to eliminate deficiencies on his own or by third parties;
• The consumer has the right to make claims related to defects in the service provided, if they are discovered during the warranty period, and in its absence within a reasonable time, within two years from the date of acceptance of the service provided;
• The Contractor is responsible for the shortcomings of the service, for which the warranty period is not established, if the consumer proves that they arose before it was accepted by him or for reasons that arose before that moment;
• Refunds when paying with a bank card are made to the bank card with which the payment was made. The return period is from 1 to 30 working days.

How to make an order

In order to place an order, you need to take a few simple steps:
 1. Choosing products
Sequentially select the group of goods you are interested in (for example, na accounts). A page will open for you, where products are presented with prices, as well as a small photo and several of the most important characteristics. These accounts have no tournament rankings, and are a means for players to obtain a new ‘clean’ account for play*. Agatasmurf levels this accounts to level 30 in various game modes. These accounts are owned by Riot Games, and nothing in these terms gives you any rights in Riot Games intellectual property. Nothing in these terms will relieves you of your obligations under any contract you may have with Riot Games. Using our services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our services or the content you access. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our services.

Agatasmurf cares for its customers, which is why we provide a warranty on each account. If an account purchased from us is banned by Riot Games, one new account will be provided. This warranty is subject to the following conditions: A copy of the ban notice and reason for the ban is forwarded to support@agatasmurf.com within 15 (fifteen) days of the ban. That the reason for the ban is either “Purchase of an account” or “Use of a 3rd party program to level to 30” or the substantial equivalent. The account has played at least one match AFTER purchase. You have not already received a replacement account from us. You changed the registered email address & password after purchasing the account and BEFORE playing any games. The process for this is clearly laid out in your welcome/purchase email. The account was not transferred from the region in which it was originally located. If any of these conditions are not met, the warranty will not apply. The warranty will never apply to bans that are due to your own behavior, which include, but are not limited to, bad behavior, hacking, or excessive cursing.
