We accept payment via VISA Inc and MasterCard WorldWide. To pay by credit card when placing an order in our online store, simply select “credit card” as your payment method.

Returns Policy

  • Returns of goods in good condition are accepted only if the product retains its original appearance, consumer qualities, and you have proof of purchase.

  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned if they are intended for exclusive use by the buyer.

  • Refunds will be issued no later than ten days after your return request is received, excluding any delivery costs incurred by the seller.

  • Refunds for payments made by bank card will be returned to the same card within 1 to 30 business days.

Service Cancellation

Your right to terminate a service agreement is outlined in Article 32 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”:

  • You may cancel services at any time by paying a proportional fee for services rendered up to the cancellation notice, plus any additional costs incurred by the contractor.

  • If the service provided has defects, you may request:

    • Free correction of the defects;

    • A price reduction;

    • Reimbursement of expenses if you fixed the defects yourself or through a third party.

  • You have the right to claim defects found during the warranty period, or within a reasonable time of up to two years if no warranty applies.

  • The service provider is liable for defects existing before acceptance of the service.

  • Refunds for payments made by bank card will be returned to the same card within 1 to 30 business days.

Service Description

Agatasmurf provides Level 30 accounts for Riot Games’ “League of Legends” for a fee. These accounts have no tournament rankings and serve as fresh starting points for players. Agatasmurf levels these accounts to level 30 across different game modes. All accounts remain the property of Riot Games. Our service does not grant ownership or intellectual property rights in Riot Games content or branding, nor does it waive your obligations under any agreements with Riot Games.

Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind our accounts with a lifetime warranty. If your purchased account is banned by Riot Games under the conditions below, we will provide a replacement account:

  • Ban notice and reason must be sent to support@agatasmurf.com within 15 days.

  • Ban reason must be related to “Purchase of an account,” “Use of a 3rd party leveling program,” or equivalent.

  • Account has played at least one match after purchase.

  • You haven’t already received a replacement.

  • You changed the registered email and password before playing any games, as explained in your welcome email.

  • The account hasn’t been transferred from its original region.

The warranty does not cover bans due to player misconduct such as cheating, harassment, or excessive profanity.

Intellectual Property Rights

All League of Legends trademarks and IP belong to Riot Games. Original content on this site is owned by Agatasmurf. These terms do not grant you any rights to use Riot Games’ or Agatasmurf’s intellectual property.

Privacy Policy

Agatasmurf collects data when you make a purchase (email, contact info) to manage your account and for internal analysis. We use cookies on our website to improve user experience; these can be disabled in your browser settings. If you subscribe to our mailing list, you consent to receiving updates and offers. We never sell your personal data and only use it to improve our services, contact you when necessary, and for marketing if you opt in.

Indemnity

EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY, AGATASMURF MAKES NO GUARANTEES THAT ACCOUNTS ARE ERROR-FREE. WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OUR ACCOUNTS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. BY PURCHASING, YOU AGREE TO THIS INDEMNITY.
