Finally, the Matriarch of War, Ambessa Medarda, charges into Summoner’s Rift. She’s not just here to fight – she’s here to command. Launching on November 6, 2024 at 19:00 UTC, Ambessa comes with a full arsenal of dashes and a dramatic entrance theme: an adapted version of “Blood Sweat & Tears” will play as her spawn-in music for Patch 14.22. Get ready to make an entrance.

⚙️ Systems Update: Roaming Mid Just Got Easier
We’re peeling back a change from last year that made all minion waves crash simultaneously. Now, mid and side lane waves will gradually desync, opening up more roaming windows for mid laners to gank side lanes. That’s not all – we’re fine-tuning bounty visibility (they’ll now show after 100 gold instead of 150) and adjusting minion speed scaling in sidelanes.
🧬 Item Reworks & AD Assassins Get Love
Statikk Shiv and Yun Tal Wildarrows are getting new identities – designed to shine as slot-1 options for ADCs.
AD Assassin items have been buffed to strengthen their intended role.
🧛♂️ Warwick: Bigger, Badder, Better
Warwick’s getting a visual size increase, smarter passive interactions, and a more user-friendly W. His overall kit will feel more fluid and impactful, especially in sustained fights.

Blitzcrank: More punch in that fist.
Briar: Health increased to survive her berserks.
Fizz: Damage back on Q and W – killer instinct returns.
Irelia: Passive stacks now refresh on structures. Split pushers rejoice.
Kayle: Late-game power up – more attack speed scaling.
Katarina: Lower cooldowns = more shunpo plays.
Maokai: Tankier, faster, sapling tweaks for better scaling.
Rumble: Health boost to survive early game better.
Swain: Multiple boosts – damage, healing, MR, and uptime.
Varus: Stronger on-hit W.
Vayne: Stronger ult for late-game duels.
Vel’Koz: Lower cooldowns = more lasers.
Vi: Bigger shields, better frontline.
Nerfed
Aatrox: R damage trimmed to keep him in check, especially at low ranks.
Anivia: Slight nerfs to armor scaling and E damage.
Corki: Growth stats down – time to land again.
Illaoi: Less AD and mana scaling – especially hits early and late game.
Jax: R nerfed – less burst, more brawl.
K’Sante: Q nerfed, All Out dash buffed slightly.
Lillia: Less armor growth and jungle sustain.
Mordekaiser: E damage reduced, especially at low elo.
Poppy: Support nerf incoming – lower base AD, higher attack speed for compensation.
Seraphine: Q AP scaling reduced.
Shen: Longer passive cooldowns, smaller R shield.
Sylas: Less health scaling – tougher to tank up.
Syndra: W toned down – less burst outside of R.
Udyr: R damage reduced in tank builds.

Neeko cloning a freshly respawned Yasuo no longer crashes the game.
Titanic Hydra no longer consumes Hail of Blades.
Naafiri’s Q now deals damage even if she dies before it lands.
Kassadin’s Q interrupt works more consistently.
Warwick’s R hitbox no longer stretches behind him.
Killing a Void Grub no longer wrongly grants a Legend: Haste stack.
Tower shots and projectiles won’t chase Ekko post-R outside range.
Ekko’s Q consistently applies its slow.
One of Rengar’s recommended rune pages now includes a secondary.
Zoe no longer desyncs after using Flash.
Ekko’s E now properly consumes Hail of Blades.
Deploying Rift Herald inside Mordekaiser’s R no longer makes it invisible. (Editor’s note: “Excuse me?” 😂)
Zoe can now gain move speed from Shurelya’s Battlesong via her W.
Akshan’s empowered E shots now match the logic of his regular ones.
Udyr’s abilities no longer all trigger Experimental Hexplate and Zeke’s.
A mysterious white line on Summoner’s Rift has been erased.
Zoe can now properly receive the Unleashed Teleport spell via W.
