All Arcane Skins in League of Legends: Prices and How to Get Them

There are 16 Arcane skins in League of Legends, spread across 10 champions: four from 2021, one from early 2022 and eleven tied to Arcane Season 2 in late 2024 and January 2025. Prices run from 975 to 1,820 RP. Most are now Legacy skins, Arcane Councilor Mel is the only one sold in the store full time, and three were special releases.

Every price, date and status on this page comes from the LoL Wiki skin data as of October 2026. Riot hasn’t added anything to the line since Mel, which makes sense: the show ended with Season 2, and the skin line closed with it, at least for now.

How many Arcane skins are there in LoL?

Sixteen. Caitlyn has three (counting the Prestige edition), Jinx, Vi, Jayce and Ekko have two each, and Heimerdinger, Viktor, Warwick, Singed and Mel have one.

The full set adds up to 17,460 RP for the 13 skins with a fixed price. That’s before the Prestige Caitlyn, Shimmer Lab Singed and Fractured Jinx, none of which you can simply buy.

Funny enough, Jinx is the one champion whose two skins sit at opposite ends of the line: Arcane Enemy Jinx was one of the original 975 RP skins from 2021, while Arcane Fractured Jinx is the most elaborate skin of the whole set. Ekko, Vi, Jayce and Caitlyn each have one skin per season, so you can match whichever version of the character you prefer.

What came out with Season 1 in 2021?

Four skins launched in November 2021, spread over the weeks after Arcane’s Netflix premiere on November 6: Jayce, Vi, Caitlyn and Jinx, each at 975 RP. Firelight Ekko followed in February 2022 at 1,350 RP.

The first four were cheap for a reason. They’re mostly model and texture updates with new animations and recalls, close to the show’s look but without new voices. Honestly, by 2026 standards they look modest next to the Season 2 wave. Firelight Ekko was the step up, with his hoverboard and the scarf from the show (it remains a fan favorite among Ekko players, and you’ll still see it in plenty of games).

What was released for Season 2?

Eleven, between November 2024 and January 2025, timed to the three acts of Season 2 on Netflix in November 2024. This wave brought the first Legendary skins in the line, with new voice lines.

The first drop, on November 20, 2024, brought Arcane Commander Caitlyn plus her Prestige edition, Arcane Brawler Vi and Arcane Survivor Jayce; Vi and Jayce at 1,820 RP both got new voice lines. Arcane Shimmer Lab Singed arrived on November 26 as an event reward. On December 11, five more landed at once: Arcane Savior Viktor (also 1,820 RP with a new voice), Arcane Professor Heimerdinger, Arcane Vander Warwick, Arcane Last Stand Ekko and Arcane Fractured Jinx. Mel was the last one, released on January 23, 2025, alongside her arrival as a new champion.

So which one is the headline? Arcane Fractured Jinx, easily. It transforms during the game and has a new voice, and it sits in Riot’s top skin tier. It also wasn’t sold for RP at all.

How do you get Arcane skins in 2026?

Mel’s skin is the only one from the show you can buy from the store at any time. The rest depend on Legacy rotations, loot or are no longer obtainable.

• Arcane Councilor Mel: in the store at 1,350 RP.
• The 12 Legacy skins (all four 2021 skins, both Ekkos, the Season 2 Caitlyn, Vi, Jayce, Viktor, Heimerdinger and Warwick) leave the store between rotations. Riot brings Legacy skins back for limited windows, usually during sales and events, so the store is the place to watch.
• All of them except Fractured Jinx are marked loot eligible, which means they can also show up as skin shards from in-game loot.
• Prestige Arcane Commander Caitlyn was a special release in November 2024, not sold for RP, and is now marked Rare.
• Arcane Shimmer Lab Singed was a free event reward in November 2024 and is marked Limited.
• Arcane Fractured Jinx was a limited gacha skin during the Season 2 event. Limited means it’s not expected to return.

Look, if one of the Legacy skins is on your list, patience is the cheapest strategy. Rolling loot for a specific skin shard rarely pays off, and the Legacy windows do come around (the set tends to return when Riot runs Arcane-themed events).

Which ones are worth the RP?

If you play the champion, Arcane Savior Viktor, Arcane Brawler Vi and Arcane Survivor Jayce give the most for the price. Why? Voice. All three are 1,820 RP Legendary skins with new voice lines, something none of the cheaper ones have.

Of the 1,350 RP skins, Arcane Last Stand Ekko and Arcane Councilor Mel are the easiest to recommend. Thing is, the value of a skin like this depends a lot on whether you watched the show; the scenes they reference are what make them land, and without that context a 975 RP Jinx from 2021 is just a decent Jinx skin.

Not a fan of a specific champion but love the show? Then skip the expensive ones. What do Arcane skins change in game?

All of them come with new models, animations, effects and a new recall. Only the 1,820 RP trio (Vi, Jayce, Viktor) and Fractured Jinx add new voice lines, and only Fractured Jinx transforms during a match.

That split explains the price gap. A 975 RP skin from 2021 changes how the champion looks. A 1,820 RP skin from 2024 changes how the champion sounds, too, and voice is the part you notice most after a few hundred games. Small detail? Not really.

The Season 2 skins also lean much closer to how characters look in the show, older and more worn, because they were built around the later story. Vi’s Brawler look and Jayce’s Survivor look are direct references to where those characters ended up. If you only watched Season 1, some of these designs might look strange at first. What is the difference between Arcane and Arcana skins?

Arcane skins are based on the Netflix series. Arcana is an unrelated tarot-card skin line that started in 2021 with Camille and Lucian.

The names trip people up all the time, and search results mix them constantly. Arcana got new members as recently as September 2025, Arcana Aurora and Arcana Karthus among them, so if you see a “new Arcane skin” in 2025 or 2026, double-check: it’s almost certainly an Arcana one.

Is there Arcane content outside League of Legends?

Yes. Teamfight Tactics built Set 13, “Into the Arcane,” around the show in November 2024, and Wild Rift got Arcane cosmetics of its own. None of those carry over to League, since each game has its own skin inventory.
