Most people buy Epic skins. 1,350 RP, and the $9.99 bundle lands you 1,380. Thirty RP left over, whatever. Riot points to USD for Legendaries at 1,820 RP is where it gets annoying. TR and BR players pay the least for RP. People used to abuse that by buying RP on Turkish accounts and transferring to NA. Riot killed that loophole ages ago.
