Lillia Skins

6 skins available

Lillia is one of those champions where every single skin feels like the art team actually cared. Not a throwaway in the bunch. Been playing her since release in season 10, mostly jungle but sometimes top when I'm feeling spicy, and I've cycled through all six skins at this point. The collection is small compared to older champions but the hit rate is wild. Could be wrong here but I think Lillia might have the best average skin quality in the game relative to how few she has. Six skins, zero misses. Thats rare.

Lillia's Full Skin Collection

Six skins total spanning from 2020 to 2024. For a champion released mid-season 10 thats a solid pace. Riot clearly sees her as worth investing in. The breakdown is five Epics and one Legendary, which means every skin she has comes with new particles and model changes at minimum. No 520 RP recolors, no budget throwaway options.

Spirit Blossom Lillia dropped alongside her champion release in July 2020. Smart move from Riot, launching her with one of the best skinlines that year. Nightbringer came next, then Shan Hai Scrolls, Faerie Court, Bowling League (the Day Job line), and finally Petals of Spring as her Legendary. Not gonna lie, the progression from Spirit Blossom to Petals of Spring shows how much Riot's skin pipeline improved over those four years.

What stands out about the collection is thematic range. You've got ethereal Spirit Blossom, edgy Nightbringer, traditional Chinese-inspired Shan Hai Scrolls, elegant Faerie Court, comedic Bowling League, and then this grand Legendary with Petals of Spring. Covers basically every mood. Played maybe 40 games on each skin in Diamond and they all feel distinct in ways that matter during actual gameplay. The particles never blend together across skins which is something I cant say for a lot of champions.

The year range being 2020 to 2024 means she averaged more than one skin per year since release. Compare that to champions like Ornn who went years without anything new. Lillia mains are eating well. (Random thought but I wonder if her pick rate in pro play during Worlds helped push skin production. Probably.)

Best Skins for Lillia

Real talk though, ranking these is harder than it should be for a six-skin champion. But I've put the hours in so here goes.

Petals of Spring Lillia sits at the top. Legendary tier. The W slam has this gorgeous petal explosion that fills the screen without cluttering your ability to read the hitbox. Her Q spin leaves trailing flowers across the ground and in teamfights it looks incredible when you're hitting three or four people. The recall animation is the best she has. New voice lines, new animations, the whole Legendary package. Been spamming this in Diamond since it dropped and the visual clarity on her E is actually better than base, which matters when you're lobbing it cross-map to set up ganks.

Spirit Blossom Lillia is the sentimental pick. Her release skin. The spirit deer aesthetic fits her champion fantasy so perfectly that some people still think its her default look. The passive trail effect has this soft pink glow that reads cleanly. Q particles are subtle but clean. Might be overthinking it but I think the auto attack animation on Spirit Blossom feels slightly smoother than other skins. Could just be placebo from playing it first. Either way its been my comfort pick for ranked since season 10.

Nightbringer Lillia was a surprise for me. Didnt expect the dark edgy theme to work on a sleepy forest deer champion. But the red and black color palette on her abilities, especially the W, creates this menacing vibe that base Lillia completely lacks. Her ult puts targets to sleep with these dark energy tendrils instead of the usual dreamy effect. Played this exclusively during season 12 and it grew on me hard.

Faerie Court Lillia leans into the elegant fantasy angle. The skin feels like a Disney princess got drafted into competitive League. Her E rolling across the map leaves a sparkle trail. Pretty. Good VFX clarity on the Q outer edge which is the most important thing for Lillia players since thats where all your damage comes from. Solid Epic.

Shan Hai Scrolls Lillia takes the traditional Chinese art direction and it works beautifully. The ink-brush style on her abilities gives them a different visual weight. Her Q has these flowing brush strokes that feel deliberate. I think this one is underrated in the community. Dont see it much in my games, maybe 3 times all last season, but the people running it tend to be one-tricks who know what they're doing.

Bowling League Lillia is the fun pick. Full stop. You're a bowling-themed deer prancing around the Rift. The W is a bowling ball slam. Kinda feels like Riot made it as an inside joke that got approved. Not the skin you lock in for your promos but definitely the one you pick at 2 AM when you're duo with your support buddy and nothing matters. Good energy.

Skinlines and Themes That Work for Lillia

Spirit Blossom is the obvious perfect fit. The entire skinline is built around Ionian spirit mythology and Lillia as a dream spirit deer slots into that like she was designed for it. Which, honestly, she basically was since the skin launched with the champion.

Faerie Court is the second strongest thematic match. Lillia's prancing animation and nature connection make her a natural Faerie Court member. The elegant courtly aesthetic suits her better than most champions in that line. Seen it picked in my ranked games pretty consistently since release, which tells me the community agrees.

Nightbringer and Dawnbringer is where it gets interesting. Lillia as a Nightbringer is a thematic stretch but it works because the contrast between her sleepy gentle gameplay and the aggressive dark visuals creates something unexpected. Not every skin needs to "make sense" for the champion. Sometimes the tension is the point.

Shan Hai Scrolls gives her a completely different cultural context. The Chinese brush painting style transforms her movement trail and abilities into something that looks like art in motion. (Sidebar for Lillia mains specifically: try this skin with the camera zoomed in during practice tool, the Q brush strokes are insane up close.)

Day Job with Bowling League is pure comedy. Not a serious skinline, not trying to be. It exists to make you laugh during loading screen and it succeeds. The Petals of Spring line is newer and positions Lillia in this grand floral spring theme that feels like a natural evolution of her base fantasy cranked up to Legendary production quality.

Budget vs Premium: Getting the Most Out of Lillia Skins

Here's the thing about Lillia's catalog. There is no budget option. Every skin she has is either 1350 RP Epic or Legendary. No 520, no 750, no 975 RP skins exist for her. If you want a Lillia skin you're paying at minimum 1350 RP. Period.

That said, the value proposition across her Epics is pretty even. They all come with new models, new particles, new recall animations. Could be wrong here but I think Spirit Blossom edges out the other Epics purely because the thematic fit adds perceived value. You're not just getting a reskin, you're getting what feels like an alternate canon version of the champion.

If you're willing to go premium, Petals of Spring is the Legendary and it earns the price tag. New voice lines, new animations beyond just the recall, completely reworked ability VFX. The gap between Epic and Legendary Lillia is noticeable in a way that justifies the extra cost for mains. Not sure if it's just me but the movement animations on Petals of Spring feel more fluid than any of her Epics.

Best value pick overall: Spirit Blossom at 1350 RP. Best skin period: Petals of Spring. If you only buy one Lillia skin and you play her regularly in ranked, go Petals of Spring. If you're picking her up casually or want to test before committing to Legendary prices, Spirit Blossom wont disappoint. Had both in rotation for my last 100 games this season and alternating keeps things fresh.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many skins does Lillia have?

Six skins total as of 2024. Spirit Blossom, Nightbringer, Shan Hai Scrolls, Faerie Court, Bowling League, and Petals of Spring. Pretty solid lineup for a champion released in 2020. She's averaged more than one skin per year since launch which is better than most newer champions get treated.

What is the best Lillia skin?

Petals of Spring if you want the full package. Legendary tier with new voice lines, animations, everything. Been running it in my ranked games since release and it just feels premium. Spirit Blossom is the best Epic though. Close call honestly. Depends on whether you want to pay Legendary prices.

What is the cheapest Lillia skin?

Every Lillia Epic costs 1350 RP. There's no budget option below that. Spirit Blossom, Nightbringer, Shan Hai Scrolls, Faerie Court, and Bowling League all sit at the same price. She doesnt have any 520 or 750 RP skins. Minimum entry is 1350 if you want something beyond base.

Does Lillia have a Legendary skin?

Yes. Petals of Spring Lillia is her one Legendary. Full rework of voice lines, animations, ability VFX. The whole deal. Feels like the definitive Lillia skin right now. I think it's the best thing Riot's done for her cosmetically. Worth the Legendary price if you main her.

What skinlines is Lillia in?

Six different skinlines: Spirit Blossom, Nightbringer and Dawnbringer, Shan Hai Scrolls, Faerie Court, Day Job (Bowling League), and Petals of Spring. Good variety. She ranges from ethereal spirit deer to literally bowling. Not many champions cover that much thematic ground with only six skins.

Does Lillia have chromas?

Several of her skins have chroma sets available. Gives you extra color options beyond the base skin palette if you want to mix things up. Honestly some of the chromas change the vibe enough that they feel like different skins. Worth checking if your favorite Lillia skin has chromas before you commit.

When was Lillia's last skin released?

Faerie Court Lillia dropped in 2024, making it her most recent skin. Before that she got Bowling League and Petals of Spring. Riot's been consistent with giving her new content. Wouldn't be surprised if another one shows up sometime in 2025 based on the pace shes been getting them.

Is Lillia worth buying skins for?

If you play her regularly, absolutely. Her skins have some of the best particle work in the game because her kit is so visually driven. The Q spin, the W slam, the cross-map E, the sleep ult. Every ability looks noticeably better with skins. Grabbed Spirit Blossom first back in season 10 and never looked back.
